Windows 10: Windows Designer BT keyboard/mouse not working after latest Win10 20H2 update

Hello Microsoft


I'm running Windows 10 on a MacBook PRO with the Microsoft Designer BT keyboard and mouse. This setup has been working fine, but after installing the latest Windown 10 2H20 update, the BT keyboard and mouse is not working.


I have tried this a couple of times, and the the only solution I can find, is to use the older Build. But I guess I need to update sometime, so how do I solve this?


I can see from various FAQ's that this is a know problem, but I cannot find any usable solution and since I'm using Windows together with Windows keyboard and mouse, I suppose Microsoft can solve this?

Win10: windows update stuck at never ending loop ?

When in win10:

• Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....

Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
- Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.

 

Designer Mouse Not Working

• Have you tried using a different keyboard and mouse? If yes, how was it?
• Have you tried using your keyboard and mouse to another computer? If yes, what is the result?
• To make sure that we have not missed on anything, what troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
