Windows 10: Windows desktop 'projection module'

So,
from what I recall Windows is using a sub-system to project icons and arrange icons and handle external display transitions in order to speed things up.
No idea what this module is called, and googling is purposely made not useful by google corp.

This module is damaged/ extremely buggy on my system.

How do I disable or repair it?

• What do you mean about project.json does not point to any of the projects?

Bitlocker and Trusted Platform Module problems

This issue usually occurs because the Trusted Platform Module (TPM)
uses the manufacturer driver and not the Windows built-in Trusted Platform Module driver.

To resolve this, you can manually uninstall and reinstall Trusted Platform Module. To do so, see the steps below:

• Open Device Manager on the device on which you are experiencing the issue
• Uninstall the Trusted Platform Module driver.
