    Multiple instances of Windows Explorer

So in the Processes tab, under Apps, however many Windows Explorers I actually have open is however many it will list, and expanding will list the specific folder that is open, there is no problem there. The problem is when you scroll down to Windows processes, that's where all the multiple instances are. Right now it's only showing 7 but that is because I restarted my computer a couple hours ago, I've counted as many as 40+ before.

Windows Multiple Desktop Auto Switching (for single instance apps)

    Hi Marvin,

    Thank you for replying.

I understand that you want a new instance of application to open when you access the application in Multiple Desktops. However, certain applications only allow single instance, that is the reason the application gets moved between the Multiple Desktops.

However, we always appreciate our customer’s feedback, and your feedback and suggestions are very important to us. Hence, I suggest you to provide your valuable feedback and ideas in our

    Hello Nikhar,

    You wrote:

    moved between the Multiple Desktops."

That's not quite true. I don't seem to have been fully understood. I correct your remarks:

    1.

I do NOT want a new instance of an application to open when I open it in another desktop. That is NOT my wish. Because I know that some applications do not allow this. I accept that.

    2.

"that is the reason the application gets moved between the multiple desktops." This is not happening! The applications do NOT move between the multiple desktops!

    3.

I would like the functionality described in point 2 to exist.

"Hence, I suggest you to provide your valuable feedback and ideas in our Feedback

    Thanks for this advice!
