I am confusing between the two Microsoft accounts. Please may I keep one account in my window device which is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. Also for Microsoft 365 and office, please ensure the correct email address is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. Please can this email address *** Email address is removed for privacy *** be removed completely if possible.And I am having an issue with Outlook - received emails are fine but I couldn't send it out - it kept saying something went wrong and stay in draft folder! This is an awkward problem to solve and one I don't think is worth the time and effort.

The OP would be better off either using a modern webmail service like gmail or outlook.com or using a modern email client like Windows Live Mail like FX-GMC suggested or Thunderbird from Mozilla. If nothing else, Outlook Distress was notorious for corrupting its data files and losing all your email in one easy step. Not worth it.

This was going to be my suggestion as well. I just wasn't sure if it worked with XP. It is definitely way better than Outlook Express, and I actually prefer it to regular Outlook as well.

No. Also I followed the steps on Manage suggested recipients in the To, Cc, and Bcc boxes with Auto-Complete

cleared this list (Empty Auto-Complete List.)
disabled the option ("Use Autocomplete list..") and again cleared the list
relaunched Outlook in between
still those very old email addresses show up.

I give up.
