    I have a windows 8.1 desktop. My security providers have identified an update requirement for windows device encryption from 6.3.9600.16384 to 10.0.22557.1. Can you advise on how this can be done as I have no device encryption option listed on my PC Info page? Thanks.

    Hello Miriam,

    For us to be able to isolate your concern why your devices page says it is not encrypted when you've turn on encryption, kindly answer these questions:

    • Does this happen before you encrypt the device?
    • Which Windows version currently running on your device?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

    We will be waiting for update.
