Windows 10: Windows Device Recovery Tool and server offline

I am really sad to hear that Windows Device Recovery Tool is offline, I can't flash Lumia 630 because it reports blown mass which makes Unlocking Bootloader difficult and almost impossible with other tools.I was really sad to hear that Windows Device Recovery Tool was offline, I couldn't flash Lumia 630 because it reported blown in bulk, making it difficult and almost impossible to unlock Bootloader. I have tried other tools but they keep giving me errors and it seems that only Windows Device Recovery Tool can save it but now it can't be used, I hope Microsoft or at least the staff can help me

Windows Device Recovery Tool - Software package is not found on the server

I'm owning Windows Phone HTC 8S.

OS version 8.10.14192.280.

Want to use "Windows device recovery tool".. Hence downloaded the software.. Everything goes fine until the step which says reading my device.. Later it says software package is not found on the server..

 

Windows Device Recovery Tool Installer - Offline \ Network version

Hi all,

I have been tasked with installing the Windows Device Recovery Tool on 20+ PCs.

We use SCCM 2012 in house and I will be using this to deploy the software.

My question is - is there a Offline \ Network version of the Windows Device Recovery Tool software rather than just the 2.25mb installer ?

Our PCs have to go through a Proxy Server for Internet Access and our Users DO NOT have Admin rights so I basically want a "Full" installer to push out to each PC.

Windows Device Recovery Tool 3.0.1 Fails On HTC 8X

Here's the steps I follow...

• Windows Device Recovery Tool 3.0.1 detects the phone properly in boot loader mode.
• It properly detects the correct phone model and finds available software on the server. (Firmware version: 3030.0.34101.531)
• It downloads the software package properly. (about 600+ MB)
• I confirm that the battery is full and press "Next".
• At that point, the "Operation Ends with Failure." The error message on my phone is "GPT_Header-Fail."

So, there appears to be major storage corruption on my phone. Is there a way to low-level format my phone or get the Windows Device Recovery Tool to fix my broken phone?

I know that the team has been working on getting the Windows Device Recovery Tool to work on the HTC 8X, so they are welcome to contact me about the troubles it is having with my phone.
