Windows 10: windows device recovery tool error

Здравствуйте! моя lumia 535 начала сильно тормозить, вот я и решил снова перепрошить ее на 8.1.я запустил программу, она увидела мой телефон, но после выбора у меня появляется ошибка. что деть в такой ситуации? помогите пожалуйста!!!
