    Hello, I don't even know how to describe - company support and personal experience has come up with nothing. Two issues:1. When I share my second monitor, everyone sees my cursor as 500% zoomed in. It is normal for me. This only happens using Zoom the zoom product, not monitor zoom for screen sharing. When i change my cursor settings, i see it change on my screen gets larger and smaller, but it stays the same on theirs. Its like when my screen is shared, it's looking at some weird system scaling.2. When a windows dialogue box pops up on this second monitor, it is about 500% zoomed i

    Text invisible in programs dialogue box on Windows 10

    Hi Mike,

    Do not worry we will help you with this issue.

    Let us know if the issue persists with other program dialogue boxes as well.

    This might be a temporary issue on your computer.

    I suggest you to sign-in out from the current user account, restart the computer, sign-in and check if the issue persists.

    Also, try to install all the pending updates on your device and check if it helps.

    Steps:

    • Connect to the internet.
    • Press Windows key and type updates.
    • Click on Check for updates.
    • Under Windows Updates, click on Check for updates.
    • Try to install the updates being shown.

    Windows dialogue box zoomed in not scaled?

    Windows 10 dialogue box appear too small

    Dialogue box for other programs when using Windows 10 appear too small and distorted in shape. Also text in drop down lists (on webpages and installed programs) appears very small and difficult to read. It seems like a scaling problem and turning into
    headache. Any solution please ? (My system is Dell XPS 15 9550; touch screen)
