Windows 10: WINDOWS DID NOT DETECT MOUSE DURING GAMING SESSION

Hello, my question is as per title. My device somehow did not detect the mouse whenever I tried to play games such as Genshin Impact, War Thunder and Honkai Stair Rail. However during other's operation such as browsing internet, watching youtube and chatting on Facebook, there's no problem with the mouse. I can move the cursor easily. The problem occurs only when I'm opening games on my device. My device is Acer Nitro 5, model 515-45, AMD Ryzen 5500H, GTX1650.List of troubleshoots which I have done:-Disconnect and reconnect the mouse Did not work-Restart the device Did not work-Using diffe

MOUSE NOT DETECTING ON INSTALLATION WINDOW

I would appreciate if you can provide us the following information to help us understand the issue better?

• What is the make and model of your system?
• Have you tried to use this mouse on another System?
• Have you tried any other mouse on the system you are getting issues?

I would suggest you restart your system and uninstall and reinstall the mouse drivers.

Follow these steps to uninstall and reinstall the driver:

    Press “Windows Logo” + “X” keys on the keyboard.

    Click on “Device Manager” from that list.
    
  • 
    Search for the “Mice and other pointing devices”
    from the device list and expand it, right click on it and then select “Uninstall”. On the un-installation window, if you have an option: “Delete the driver software for this device” you may
    select that and then remove the corrupted drivers from the computer.
    
  • 
    Follow the on-screen instructions to complete it and restart the computer.
    

Once it gets uninstalled I would suggest you to go to the manufacturer website and install the latest driver from there and check.
