  1. Windows did not properly shutdown in reliability history?

This error sometimes occurs just in the background on reliability history after I turn on the device and it boots into Windows. It only happens every now and again and I don’t notice Windows hasn’t been shutdown correctly. I checked reliability history though because I noticed my laptop earlier started and took a bit longer, as if it had been a cold boot.Is it just a minor glitch? The laptop diagnostic tests show no errors and SFC /SCANNOW show no integrity violations either.Thanks.

    :)

  3. shutdown

how can i find that shutdown caused by pressing the power button of cpu? is there any way or event log id history to find that the shutdown was done in a normal way or not. because shutting down pc by power button is not listed as a force or a hard shutdown
so it can't give ciritica event id in event viewer or in view reliability history . so how can i identify that the last shutdown was an proper shtudown or an shutdown caused by pressing the power button of pc case

contact list in mail and reliability history(windows 10)

    Hi everyone

After synchronization of my mail in one place in windows 10

? the question is : where is my contacts list

    IN reliability history

no immediate or even delayed solutions for the problems that appear in it like (microsoft.windowscommunicationapps stopped working

the second question is why there is no built in solutions available when something stopped working? and

Why this reliability downgrade the system from 10 to almost 5 when something not related to windows 10 stop working like Opera? which i uninstalled but it appears in the reliability history as critical event and say that Opera is nonworking and down grade
    the system

Reliability History says Windows shutdown unexpectedly, but the time is incorrect.: I had an issue while booting into windows 11 on my laptop. I got a BSOD. So, after the device rebooted successfully, I checked the reliability history, and it said that windows had shutdown unexpectedly at 10:23 AM of the same day but at that time I was still using my device...
