Windows 10: Windows didn't load correctly after update

The main user of the computer installed an update because the current version was going to be unsupported soon. It restarted and now will restart again shortly after starting up twice, then give the message "windows didn't load correctly"

I've tried to load it into safe mode and use some recovery options but for some reason it doesn't accept the windows password. I've confirmed (and triple checked) that it's the correct password by logging in on a different device with no issues.

The computer is an omen with intel i7 and nvidia. I can only access the command prompt through hp recovery options, so I'm afraid I don't have more specific details.

Notification didn´t appear

Windows 10 has ben released for 1 day and a half,and I didn´t get the notification for installing.I reserved it.Can anyone help me?

PS I am running Windows 7 and it´s up to date.
