Windows 10: Windows didn’t load correctly

Hi, so, my PC suddenly crashed and went into “recovery”. When I go into see advanced repair options, I click the troubleshoot, then the reset this PC option. This part works fine, however, it continues to say “incorrect password try again”. However, my password isn’t incorrect. I have triple checked it more than once, and to no prevail, will it allow me to do any of the troubleshoots. How can i fix this? Also, Ive restarted the PC more than once, as well as left it off for a good while but still sends me to this screen.

Notification didn´t appear

Windows 10 has ben released for 1 day and a half,and I didn´t get the notification for installing.I reserved it.Can anyone help me?

PS I am running Windows 7 and it´s up to date.

Windows 10 not loading correctly.

• Were there any changes made on your computer prior to the issue (e.g., updates, software installation)?
  
• To make sure that we have not missed on anything, aside from rebooting, what other troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
