Windows 10: Windows Disc Image Burner issue?

Discus and support Windows Disc Image Burner issue? in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and Debugging to solve the problem; I keep getting a popup with an "i" inside a blue circle with only option is OK.     Windows Disc Image Burner issue?


    I keep getting a popup with an "i" inside a blue circle with only option is OK. No other text. When I right click on it in the tray it says Windows Disc Image Burner. How can I fix this so it goes away?

    Disc burner wasn't found.

    Hi,

    Just for clarification, are you pertaining to Windows Disc Image Burner? If not, could you tell us what application are you using to burn the ISO file?


    For initial troubleshooting, we suggest that you perform DISM by following the steps
    here, then try to burn again the ISO file.


    Kindly update us on the result.

    HI all,

    Everytime I burn an iso image this window pops up. See the picture.It didn't used to happen with Win 8. How do I disable it?

    Where the $#%!$@ is "Windows Disc Image Burner" ?

    I am on Windows 10 Pro v1809. I found after updating to 1809 that all my previous file association were gone but

    double clicking on a .iso file brought up the Windows Disc Image Burner in v1809.

    In earlier versions of Windows I had associated .iso files with ImgBurn.

    In v1809 you seem to have to tell Windows to Open With and select the program you want to burn with.

    The file association bug needs fixing !
