Windows 10: Windows Disconnecting My Bluetooth Headphones

Whenever I connect either of my headphones Bose QC Ultra and Nothing Ear 2 to either my Desktop pc or laptop they either disconnect once I try to play audio or they disconnect and immediately reconnect and repeat this cycle every few seconds. So far I have restarted both computers, turned Bluetooth off and on, disconnected and reconnected both devices, and I checked to see if my Bluetooth drivers need updated but I am a little confused since I only have the option to update one which is "Generic Bluetooth Adapter" its updated. The other ones are Bluetooth Device RFCOMM Protocol TDI, Micr

setting up win10 Bluetooth and my Bluetooth headphones work fine ,but every time I reconnect the headphones I have to delete them from Bluetooth settings and let win10 pickup the headphones again ,before they will pair ,then win10 want to reboot to add the headphones ,I reboot and they work fine ,but next time I plug the headphone in again they will not pair ,don't even get an option to pair till I delete the head phones from the list ,, any suggestions ,, thank

I understand that you are facing issues in connecting the Bluetooth headphones to the computer, we will look into this for you. However, please reply to the following questions to help you further:

• Are you able to connect the headphones to any other device?
  
• Are you able to connect any other headphones to the computer?
  

In the meantime, I suggest you to run the in-built troubleshooter for Bluetooth and check if that helps in resolving the issue. Please follow the steps mentioned below to run the troubleshooter:

1. Press and hold Windows key + I, to open
   Settings.
   
2. Click on Update & Security.
   
3. Click on Troubleshoot.
   
4. Under Find and fix other problems, click on Bluetooth and click on
   Run the troubleshooter.
   
5. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Bluetooth headphones


I bought these headphones Amazon.com: Matone® Qy8 [New Version Qy7] V4.1 Wireless Bluetooth Headphones Best In-Ear Noise Cancelling Headphones with Microphone for Running, Sports Accessories. I connected them fine to my Iphone and Ipod but having problems with Windows I got them to pair but sound still comes through regular speakers only. In sound settings it lists the bluetooth headphones but says disconnected. I click on connect but that does nothing. Do not know what else to do
