Windows 10: Windows displaying numbers with a double line through some numbers in dates and times

I ran anti-virus software which cleared up missing file names and task bar names; however, the date and time numbers continue to display distorted with 2 lines running through some number. I also lost some settings like the search box in the bottom taskbar was removed. I got it back Also some color settings were changed. I have attempted multiple google searches to find a solution, but can't seem to find this problem explained on-line. Any ideas?

To see line numbers in WordPad:

1. Press Ctrl + A to highlight the text= Select All
2 Right click, select <<list>> and choose the numbering list.

The line number will be shown now when typing.

To remove them, repeat 1 and 2 but choose the first on the list = none.

Display Name and Number In Contacts E51

I Can not get my E51 to display Name and number in my contacts list any suggestions

 

In CALC convert text date to number date

Excel Online will convert date 10/11/1985 to a number (31361) which is different from Epoch timestamp.

Excel counts days since Jan 1 1900 (which = 1 not zero and current date is included) not seconds since 1st Jan 1970 like Epoch. See Excel: How Excel stores dates and times - OfficeTuts.net

Like @tony K said depends what number you want but you could use Calculator app to convert to Excel format by using the Date Calculation option (click on the 3 lines in top left) and working out the number of days between 30 December 1899 and whatever date you want.
