Windows 10: Windows does not load after latest update

Discus and support Windows does not load after latest update in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; After the latest window 10 update this morning my computer does no longer load windows and I cannot access my files.     Windows does not load after latest update


    After the latest window 10 update this morning my computer does no longer load windows and I cannot access my files. I have run a Reset three times which completes and then moves on to a Windows Reinstall that should not affect my documents the window reinstall runs to 9% then the screen ow goes black and the installation it just hangs. Nothing else happens. I have also tried to reinstall from from an external download and nothing happens as after a certain percentage it just blacks out and no longer progresses. It does not detect any restoration points or backup which are on an external d
