Windows 10: Windows does not load after latest update

    Windows does not load after latest update


    After the latest window 10 update this morning my computer does no longer load windows and I cannot access my files. I have run a Reset three times which completes and then moves on to a Windows Reinstall that should not affect my documents the window reinstall runs to 9% then the screen ow goes black and the installation it just hangs. Nothing else happens. I have also tried to reinstall from from an external download and nothing happens as after a certain percentage it just blacks out and no longer progresses. It does not detect any restoration points or backup which are on an external d

    Blank Screen after Latest Windows 10 Update-- Cannot Switch Between users.

    As our initial troubleshooting step, we suggest that you follow these steps:

    • Press Windows + R and type "msconfig".
    • Select Selective startup and Load system services.
    • Unselect Load system startup items.

    Let us know if the steps provided resolved the issue.

    When in win10:
    • Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....
    Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
    - Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.
