    Hi, I bought a new laptop and after I re-installed windows, now the laptop does not boot properly on first try.The laptop came with windows 11 but it does it both with 10 and 11, it's not a problem related to the OS.I made a video about it:https://drive.google.com/file/d/18Oyxea8h2DQe7eHsUBYOcG5b-3hChAVm/view?usp=drive_linkI cannot understand what's the problem. But I noticed it does it after windows finishes all its updates.I also updated the BIOS since a new version was released, I don't know if that could have caused the problem.What can I do to identify the issue?     could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
