Windows 10: Windows doesn't boot with blue screen error

When booting I got blue screen error :


SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

I run online dump debug and got in the bugcheck :

SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000007e)

the link of online read the mini dump is http://www.osronline.com/dump/DA2.cfm
but no solution on that site , just analyzing the mini dump file

I can only start safe mode with networking >

Can you advise ?

Before we proceed I would like you to answer the following question:

• 
  What is the make and model of your computer?
  
• 
  Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
  

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.
