Windows 10: Windows doesn't detect my microphone after a BSOD

Hello, before i start explaining i would like to clarify that i use a headset with a microphone built in, so basically i was playing Roblox until my pc lagged out which is common for me when i use too many apps/tabs at the same time but was not expecting a BSOD, which happened because my laptop couldn't handle it all, and i was like "okay, i guess i'll just wait until it reboots", and so i did, and after that i went back to playing roblox and when i tried to talk in voice chat, it was not working, i thought it was the game but it turns out it was not, i checked the online mic test website, i

Microphone doesn`t work

My microphone and ear-phone doesn`t work. Please help me, I have windows 7 home basic, my computer reproduces a sound, but devices no.

 

After Windows 10 upgrade, doesn"t detect microphone

I too experienced the same problem but now I fixed it by following way

Step 1: Press Windows and x key together and select Device Manager.

Step 2: Find Sound, video and game controller.

Step 3: Right click and update Realtek High Definition Audio driver.

 

Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
