Windows 10: Windows Doesn't Seem to Register Some Text

(I don't know what category to put this in, and Devices and Drivers seemed like the best fit.)


December 15th, 2019 was a day like any other, until I went to work on a YouTube video and noticed that plenty of chunks of text were missing from the program I use.

I closed it, and opened it back up. Still, chunks of text missing. Out of curiosity, I checked to see if there were other affected programs. My first stop was the File Explorer.

Plenty of text was missing there, too. Now, I knew that this was something affecting Windows as a whole.

I checked the Task Manager to see if it was related to memory usage, but there was nothing to read. I couldn't tell what was going on.

My last resort was to reboot the computer entirely. That didn't help.


Problems like this have happened before. Ever since my warranty expired, I've been fixing the problems myself. Home key presses itself? Disable it. Speakers blown? Plug in some new ones.

This issue is one I don't know how to fix.



Something tells me this might be from my computer not booting up properly. The People icon in the taskbar is a bit raised up, something that typically happens when I first log on and then gets moved down into its proper position within a few seconds. However, I'm clueless when it comes to how computers work, and this could be some setting that I turned on without noticing. All I know is if it's a virus, it isn't being picked up by Avast.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

i ve tried everything:with atiflash from dos,winflash.step by step with bios powercolor hd 6970 from the database.
nothing,doesn´t work.any suggestion????

I deleted all my data. I had have it backed up.

I did a clean installation using the windows media creation tool (usb option).

No, I didn`t. I thought a clean installation would solve the problem.

After posting my previous message, I did it.





After chkdsk, I close cmd and tried to boot and the laptop just turned it off. This morning I`ve restarted it and automatically windows did a repair. Windows has booted and it seems that the repair tool has removed chrome and acrobat pdf reader (the only two programs I had installed after reinstalling windows).

Now Windows is installing updates and restarting my lapop, I`m kind of frightened. I don`t want it to happen again. Anyhow, I want to know what has brought the issue

I`ve been looking for information about the error code at the end of the picture and I didn`t get anywhere.
