Windows 10: Windows doesn't sync TIMEZONE when you travel

hi guys,

i have the option to sync when traveling to a new timezone turned on but never worked, from UK to italy or from UK to Germany.

i tried the Windows Time Service to set it to Automatic and to Automatic Delayed start but to no avail.

any other ideas? it's quite an useful feature.

time SYNCS it's just the timezone not updating. been few days in Germany now.

Hotmail calendar sync with different timezone for travelling people

My visiting professor came from france, he is using hotmail calendar sync with his htc mozart wp7 in indonesia. The calendar time schedule is not good for people traveling abroad because the timezone. The 8:00 am class he entered on the web became 13.00
pm on the mobile because of the time zone different. Any clue how to fix it?

i ve tried everything:with atiflash from dos,winflash.step by step with bios powercolor hd 6970 from the database.
nothing,doesn´t work.any suggestion????

 

Custom Home timezone

That is the correct timezone. However in Clocks & Alarms under settings it doesn't appear in the list box so I can't set it as a home timezone. This is a fundament setting. I can see the timezone in other programmes (such as spb traveller) so I know it's
there I just can't set it as home.

Is this a bug?

This is damned frustrating and almst makes the scheduling part of the pim useless for me!
