Windows 10: Windows doesn't want to allocate space to any disk

Last week I reinstalled my OS for the new SSD upgrade. Initially I had a 512GB space HDD in which I can use up-to 465GB. After the upgrade when I tried to partition my HARD DISK memory, There I was only be able to allocate 366 GB of the space into two different disks F and I. C and E are SSDs and D is still unknown to me now I had 99.39GB unallocated space. When I tried to partition my HDD into 2 parts where each can have 232GBs but it failed. So I partitioned the 366GB memory into 2 parts as said above. Till now I cant extend the 366GB disks anymore to a single MB It says There is not enou

Disk partitions, allocated space

Need help moving allocated space from one disk to another.

I have a picture of the partitions if that helps

 

Restore points are using more space than is allocated?

Configure System Restore \ Configure

4% (9.50 GB) disk space is allocated for Restore Points but ‘Current Usage’ is 11.17 GB. See photo1.

Step 1 - Clicked on ‘Delete’ for ‘Delete all restore points for this drive’.

Step 2 - To check again I repeated step 1 and popup (photo 2) showed so clicked on ‘Yes’.

Question 1 - Is this normal Windows 10 behaviour? Maybe Windows 10 putting security first and overriding user settings?

Question 2 - Is my disk space setting too low at 4% (9.50 GB)?

 

Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
