Windows 10: Windows downgrade got interrupted and now I can’t even get to blue screen

Hi! So I wanted to downgrade from windows 11 to 10 because it seemed like there wasn’t any drivers for my GPU with windows 11. So I downloaded windows 10 setup and ran it.When it had installed I set country and language but when I was gonna put my email in, my pc crashed and rebooted. Then I was stuck in a black screen for a couple of hour, trying to figure out how to solve it. It turns out that my GPU had a hardware malfunction, so I took it out. Now when I start the PC I no longer have a black screen, but I have a window saying “the PC have unexpectedly rebooted or an unexpected error have o

I keep getting blue screen interruptions. The following errors have been listed when seeking help: Page fault in nonpaged area; Stop Code:reference by pointer; Memory Management; IRQL Not lessor equal; and Kernel Security Check failure. I have a new computer
and the system checks out fine. Must be the OS. How can I get this fixed? I have Windows 10.
