Windows 10: Windows download br0ke

So uh, hello. I run a Windows 10 HP laptop. I have had it for quite a while now.


So, my pc RANDOMLY got this weird probleem.

One day, i restarted my pc due to some speed issues. Once it was on again, the pc was fine. Then i went to my browser (I use Opera) To do some downloads (Minecraft texture packs, SoftBits 1.14.4 to be precise) and then it happened. When i started downloading the file, it was all normal. but once the file was done. It said it was deleted because ''unable to scan for virus'' or something. I thought it might have been a one time thing so i tried again, but it didnt work. So i tried using edge and whenever i download it says ''The file contained a vírus and was deleted'' (any file. .zip, .jar, .exe, anything.) This got really frustrating so I FACTORY RESETTED my laptop. (I have wanted to do it for some time so it wasnt that much of a problem) once the reset was done I opened up my pc and first thing i saw was Microsoft edge, MINECRaFT and recycle bin at the desktop (****). My antivirys (ByteFence anti malware) and GreenShot were also there too. I wasn't thet interested in those so i closed them and opened edge. I tried to download google chrome and IT HAPPENED AGAIN. I tried to download roblox but i got the same problem.

So basiclly, I cant do A N Y T H I N G .

Please help asap ((

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

To stop the download, uninstall the KB3035583 update (under "Control Panel > Windows Update > Installed Updates").


To get rid of the C:\$Windows.~BT folder:

• Right-click on your C: drive.
• Select "Properties".
• Click on [ Disk Cleanup ]
• After the initial scan: If you have a [ Clean up system files ] button, click it and wait for the second scan to finish.
• Scroll down the list and look for "Temporary Windows installation files" (its size should be in the gigabytes range); check the box.
• Click on [ OK ] to start the clean-up.
