Windows 10: Windows dual boot

My current laptop is a dell inspiron 3521 and it is about 12 years old nowit had come preinstalled with Windows 8.1 and all the drivers were working properlyafter moving to windows 10 my amd gpu hasn't ever workedCan i dual boot with windows 8.1 and windows 10 installedwill there be any driver problems or conflicts between the two OS' I had installed windows 8.1 a few months back and the amd gpu driver didn't install and the display went black and it wouldnt turn on without being in safe mode can i try to dual boot with windows 8.1 on a drive other than the local disk and make my amd gpu wor
