Hello.I would now since which version windows use the fhysical drive as virtual memory

Is it safe to clear Virtual memory on shutdown?

Puppy_Dog is perfectly correct, there is no security concerns with Virtual Memory on your drive, and Windows dynamically manages your page file on your C drive and will clear it form time to time to reduce the amount of space used by virtual memory.

You can if you wish clear you virtual memory, rest assured that will not cause any problem with Windows or your PC, but it really is not necessary, it is best to let Windows manage it.

Adjust the virtual memory to the size you want to use.

Is it safe to manage Virtual Memory (Pagefile) In Windows 10 and change settings or not

On websites and videos I noticed people talk about changing settings for Virtual memory in Windows 10.

They say it is ok to change the minimum and maximum size of the Pagefile physical memory also on the Virtual Memory box, uncheck the Automatically manage paging file size for all drives check box.

So please suggest if it is safe to change such settings or not?
