Windows 10: Windows E6420 bluetooth, HDMI & sound driver issues

Seems I forgot I already tried this option. So yes, I am still using this very same laptop, but I have upgraded the O/S to Windows 10 64bit.And guess what? I still have the same issue, which I have come to believe to be driver related.I am now able to connect the laptop to Bluetooth devices, BUT the sound distorts terribly. If I try disconne

Hdmi sound not working

One possible reason why the HDMI sound does not work is due to the conflicts with the playback settings. For us to help you make the HDMI sound to work, we suggest that you answer the following questions for further research:

• Have you made any recent changes to your computer?
• What is the current build and version of your Windows 10?
• Have you tried to download and install the most updated sound and display driver of your computer?

Meanwhile, we suggest that you perform the steps on this
article as our initial troubleshooting and see if there will be any changes on the HDMI sound.

No HDMI Sound after upgrade to Windows 10

Followed all procedures suggested, and all my drivers indicate they are all up-to-date! There is no HDMI sound to my Samsung TV following my Windows 10 upgrades. I am running Dell XPS i7. There currently is no resolve to this issue. **ALSO NOTE: My Samsung
TV does not show up on the 'available devices' list? Are there possibly 'updates' now required for the TV itself? Hmmm, tr

 

HDMI Sound Not Working

#1 I have HDMI sound issues. The video comes through the Sony AVAMP display but the sound will not come through the home theater system. The sound works fine when I switch to the Sony from the Lenovo computer. I can use Bluetooth to connect to portable speakers which replays the sound. There is a SONY AVAMP driver which I'll go about attempting to delete and reboot the system to see if it will re-install. I'll come back to this page and update the results. #2 My follow up message. Deleting the Sony AVAMP driver and restarting installed the driver again, but it still did not solve the problem. I'm not getting sound through the HDMI system. Suggestions please, thank you.
