Windows 10: Windows Embedded 1809 LTSC and Defender..Game over

We run Embedded LTSC on out appliances for a reason. We DO NOT want any changes..of any kind to our working systems. The last few months Oct thru Dec of 2023 have been terrible for us and our client. EVERY weekend defender tags their proprietary software as a Trojan and quarantines it..leaving their product useless. We've disable real time protection...which turns itself back onWe changed the Reg key to disable real time protection in wholeWe've changed the Reg key to disable Defender completelyNothing has worked. Upgrading from Windows 10 LTSC 1809 to another version

I get that LTSB and LTSC's whole thing is that "stability" side of things. But since 1809 is incredibly buggy and royally sucks, I want to know if there is a way to move LTSC to a different version.

Trying to deploy LTSC 2019 (1809) on my campus but the stupid default programs bug is straight up bricking explorer, effectively turning the computer into a potato. Need a different version.

How to upgrade Windows 10 Enterprise version 1809 LTSC to the latest version of Enterprise LTSC

Hi,

I wanted to upgrade from Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC version 1809 to the latest version of Enterprise.

Tried to upgrade by downloading the latest copy of enterprise LTSC from MS. Mounted and ran the setup but it says you can't keep anything.

My question is how to keep apps & data while upgrading enterprise LTSC to the latest version. Is there any other way to upgrade Windows 10 enterprise LTSC to the latest version?
