Windows 10: windows encrytion for files and photos

Hello, I wish you a good day, I have a question. My question is, I used Windows encryption for my files in Windows, but later I removed the encryption and formatted it. Then, when I wanted to look at my files, I could not log in to my files and it gave an error. Now I cannot enter my files and the things in them, can you please help, thank you.
