Windows 10: Windows Enterprise 2021 license key on a Winodws Enterprise 2019

Windows IoT 2019 mainstream support will end in Jan 2024, will Microsoft stop selling Windows IoT 2019 licenses aswell or when will that happen?Also, can I activate a Windows IoT 2021 license on a Windows IoT 2019 installation?If not, is there anyway we can install windows IoT 2019 and activate them when mainstream support will end?

Hi - Can I re-use my activated W10 LTSC Enterprise 2019 License when in-place upgrading to W10 LTSC Enterprise 2021?

I have a workstation running on W10 LTSC Enterprise 2019, I want to in-place upgrade this exact same machine to the newer W10 LTSC Enterprise 2021.

Can I keep using my current W10 LTSC Enterprise 2019 License? Or will it ask for a new license activation?

I already know that Enterprise LTSC 2019 has a longer (extended) support date than Enterprise (not IOT) LTSC 2021.

Is Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2021 or 2019 compatible with Intel i5-13400?

I'm not really good with Windows Enterprises and we have this project that needs to be done by next week and I'm just wondering before we decide to purchase a processor, will an i5-13400 intel processor compatible with Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC for year version 2019 or 2021. Any response is greatly appreciated.
