Windows 10: Windows Enterprise version upgrade issue

Hi there,I have a customer who purchased a Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2021 Upgrade CSP license. Do you have any idea if they can upgrade to Windows 11 Enterprise LTSC? I found conflicting information where some say yes and some say no. You are suggesting downloading the Windows creation tool. Enterprise was not on that list. Can I still use that to upgrade the Enterprise version install?
