Windows 10: Windows error 0x000003ec

Discus and support Windows error 0x000003ec in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; Brand new Toshiba Satellite L55B (three days out of the box) and when I try to use the onboard web cam I get error 0x000003ec.     Windows error 0x000003ec


    Brand new Toshiba Satellite L55B (three days out of the box) and when I try to use the onboard web cam I get error 0x000003ec. Any ideas folks. I have read in the past the registry cleaners, for the most part, are useless if not dangerous, so I am open to suggestions. Thanks

    camera error after upgrading to windows10

    The 0x000003EC error message is very old, so you must be using an earlier version of the Windows Camera app. Have you updated Win10 to the final public version? Have you installed all Windows updates?
