Windows 10: Windows Error 0x00000e

Hi,currently my Laptop does not load Windows correctly anymore. Every time I power on it shows 00000e as error code and with provided 4 options yet I couldn't restart my laptop.Here are some information about current situation:Automatic repair - couldn't repair Uninstall latest updates/features - couldn't do it.Restore - shows error couldn't restore to point Tried below in cmd prompt - run bootrec/fixmbr- run bootrec/fixbootaccess denied - run bootrec/scanos - run bootrec /rebuildbcd Then I used USB with file

Error code 0x00000e upon trying to boot in safe mode

And i think I do have to get a new ssd because all of my drives have less than 25 gb free, and I can't access my computer because of the 0x00000e error

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
