    I am getting a windows error 0x80070424. i have run sfc/scannow etc, but no help. i cannot update windows or download anything from store. Also, my cortana and search bar are not working

    After starting all listed services, the windows update still gives me the same error (0x80070424). Downloading and executing the update gives me this error:
