Windows 10: Windows error: 0xc000000e

I have just unplugged the psu from my pc becaouse I wanted to swap it but the new one was not good so I put it all back like it was and then when i want to boot the pc it would display this error code and I have tried to unplug and reseat the cables but it didn't work so I made a bootable usb and tried using bootrec/rebuildbcd but it displayed 0 installations were found and now I am stuck and I don't know what to do
