Windows 10: Windows error 0xc0000098 File/windows/system32/ntoskrnl.exe

As I stated in the title for some reason my computer does not want to boot It stays in a loop of this unending torture. My computer was working fine yesterday. I changed the motherboard a few weeks ago I don’t know if that is the problem anyway please help. I've tried every possible method I tried to go on recovery settings but it doesn't let me it just turns off. Every option I press restarts or turns my computer off completely. Also, I can't even go to bios no matter what I press.Specs:Z790 Tomahawk MSI DDR4I9 12900kAsus Rog strix OC 4070

[BSOD] CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED 0x0EF - 'ntoskrnl,exe'

Hang on a second, no. As far as the rules are concerned VPNs from legitimate sources are not illegal. You don't have the right to 'force' someone to remove a piece of software that:

1. Is not causing the issue related to the crashes
2. is not pirated software or illegal

Cloudflare WARP does not have a windivert file that I can find, even if it did, again, its not against the forum rules because it is not an illegal system file in of itself.

 

Weird Windows error

I keep getting this wierd error in windows xp. It says "Windows - No Disk".I usually just click continue a couple of times and it will go away. How do i get this to stop?
