Windows 10: Windows Error Code 0xa0000400 when trying to upgrade to Windows 11 via installation assistant

PC Health Check says that the PC is all ready for Windows 11, but when I went to install Windows 11 through the Windows 11 installation assistant, it started at 0% and then I got hit with an error code ''0xa0000400''. Computer specifications:Intel i5-11400F NVIDIA GeForce RTX 307032 GB RAM500 GB SSD1 TB HDDWindows version: Version 21H2 OS Build 19044.5011

Cannot upgrade Windows 11 from Windows 10 Error Code 0xa0000400

Cannot install Windows 11: After hitting Accept and Install for Windows 10 to 11 getting error code 0xa0000400.

 

Windows 10 Upgrade Assistant Error 0xa0000400

I have windows 8.1 Embedded Industry Pro, I reserved my windows 10 update prior to July 29th but have recieved no update notification since then so I tried using the Upgrade Assistant but recieved error code '0xa0000400'. How can I go about getting windows
10 now considering I do have it reserved?

 

Can't run Windows 11 Installation Assistant

Every time I try to run the installation assistant for Windows 11 it shows 0%, and right after goes to a screen saying "something went wrong" and giving me the error code 0xa0000400.
