Windows 10: Windows error. Please help.

Hello i am installing windows on a pc and i keep getting (system thread exception not handled) it is a new install so i am not sure what is going on with it. If this is the wrong place to post this im sorry. After i enter the product key it goes through and after it restarts i encounter this error.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
