Windows 10: Windows error stop code exception thread..

So I turned on my pc and a couple minutes later it shut itself down and had a restart.

Now I am stuck on a boot screen which gives me the options to:


1. continue to windows without any success, restarting itself again and bringing me back to the blue screen


2. use a device isn't so relevant right now


3. troubleshoot which is what I'm trying to do but everything is locked behind a password I don't actually know or set


4. turning it off


so I tried to uninstall the latest update but I need a password to do it and I didn't set any password for these users each on of them and there's nothing I can do even a reset, because, like every other option, it requires a password


Any helpers?

In case you haven't resolved the problem yet, here is what I found:

rtsuvc.sys

Realtek UVC webcam Driver

OEM Only - go to system manufacturer's support site

None at: http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/

It seems something goes wrong with this driver. I would suggest reinstalling it to fix the problem.

I'm finding that my computer is crashing a lot. I've been recording the stop codes and the list includes at least the following:

IRQL_NOT_LESS_THAN EQUAL

SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED

SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

PAGE_FAULT_IN_...

MEMORAY_MANAGEMENT

KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

I know that this is quite a collection but does it suggest any common theme or cause?
