Windows 10: Windows error while recovering

Good morning!


I have a Dell laptop with windows 10 installed on it a few days ago I tried to total system restore it while after starting the disk wipe I plugged it in and walked away somewhere along the way it errored and now it boots into the start up goes Into a screen that says it wants to get some base info like time zone country and key board type then it says something went wrong when windows was installing and a update may fix it I need to either plugthe laptop into the internet or set up.wifi I've done both but it just goes to a screen that says "just a moment " then it restarts and does the screens over again it just keeps restarting over and over I did a whole day of these screens and never got anywhere I tried to boot into recovery mode and do a restore or fix but it says there nothing there or it errors and tells me to restart



Please help

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
