  1. Windows Explorer always resizing to tiny window after full screen application closes

I have a new Dell XPS 13. All updates have been installed. It has a resolution of 3840x2400, I mention this because I think it might be related. Scaling is setup to 225%.

Whether it is Windows Explorer, or an application window, whenever I launch a full screen app (games), after I close that app any open window or app I have is shrunk to a tiny square at the top left of the monitor. I am wondering if this is related to a full screen app changing the resolution for compatibility?

Anybody see this and know a fix?

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
