Windows 10: Windows Explorer background color

I'm using Windows Explorer in my work a lot. Problem is that contrast is very high on both Light Mode and Dark Mode. I have been circumventing that with programs like Vista Style Builder or QTTabBar. Parts of Windows Explorer that bring huge bleach are Folder pane and Navigation pane(in the picture). Currently those colors are set to gray in QTTabBar. Is there any way that they can be changed permanently, so I don't have to use any program for it(or program that will write color values somewhere and then it can be closed). They have to have values in registry or in some file that can be edited. Manual edit or any program what will change them permanently will be nice. They same way `HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Colors\Window` can be changed. Also problem with QTTabBar is that its not changing colors for `Save as` or `Open` dialog boxes. I would like to change color for them, hence that is Windows Explorer as well.

Background color:

  Go to
  Settings.
  
• 
  Choose
  Personalization.
  
• 
  On the left-side of the window, select
  Colors.
  
• 
  Then
  Choose a Color.

Wallpaper (background) color

Close all open windows, restart the computer once and then login to the computer to check if that helps.

Start Menu background color customize

Hi,

You can change the background color of the the Start menu on Settings. To do this, follow the steps below:

• Click the Windows logo (Start button).
• Click the gear icon (Settings).
• Choose Personalization.
• Select Colors.
• Under Show color on Start, taskbar, and action center, switch the slider to
  On.
• After switching the slider to On, you can now pick what color you want or you can click the
  Automatically pick an accent color from my background checkbox to make Windows pick the color that complements the color of your desktop background.
