Windows 10: Windows explorer changes position when switching monitors

Discus and support Windows explorer changes position when switching monitors in Windows 10 Customization to solve the problem; I would like to report a bug and find a solution how to get rid of this behavior.     Windows explorer changes position when switching monitors


    I would like to report a bug and find a solution how to get rid of this behavior. A window that is moved between two monitors slightly changes position between moves back and forth.Below is a recording of a window being moved between two monitors with window+shift+arrow keyboard shortcut.This is my layout:1. 13", 3840x2400, 150% scaling2. 24", 3840x2160, 100% scalingNotice how the window changes position slightly.
