Windows 10: Windows Explorer crashes when I right click on any image! Why?

For the last two weeks every time I right click on ANY image, windows explorer crashes. I would like to fix this but I cannot find any information about this problem.

Can somebody help please?

Windows 10 Explorer crashes when I right-click ANY file

When I press on right-click mouse button on any file except the recycle bin my computer is crash for a second and close file explorer and another programs that works (programs like word, chrome not get close)

there is something that can fix it?

the computer is NEW.
