Windows 10: Windows Explorer crashing when right clicking certain files.

Hello, I have a weird issue with windows 10 that makes windows explorer crash when right clicking a mp3 file.

The log says:

I tried using DISM Restore Health, and sfc scannow to no avail. Also tried disabling the non microsoft components in shellexview. Didn't work. Anything else can be tried?

It's a WIN 7 glitch, Registry problem. Could be caused by a lot of apps, especially AV/AS.

Hello

Please see my You Tube Demo video - when I right click on a file within File Explorer on Windows 10 it crashes; here is a video demo of the crash - as you can see the Bar down the bottom is disappearing

Please can anyone suggest a fix.

edit: haha, i just noticed that the snipping tool is completely gone from my system, it was there the other day, now its gone and its backup in winsxs wont run....god i hate windows. heck with it, i'm formatting
