Windows 10: WINDOWS EXPLORER despite ALL fixes I still have to continually restart windows explorer

Ho all.
newbie here so IF i get replies English please...LOL

OK as said every time i start win10 home V1903 64 bit with 6GB ram 4.96 free running on Acer laptop Aspire with NO licence as its built in


I cant search in cortana, nor use start, and cant right click in taskbar.

I made a local account and all works OK after a long warm up time, like it takes 10+ mins for the latop to warm up

Now the problem i also have is after EVERY windows update i restart and error "Cant log into your user account"

despite
deleting HK local etc etc 'profile temp
safe mode

SFC /scan

I still get the same problems.


I have run every type of malware
and have tried to delete windows defender as some say thats the problem.

Like now typing this all is ok until i click on search/cortana taskbar,...then nowt I have to restart windows explorer

Any advise please folks?

are you running IE7? if not that wouold be my first suggestion,upgrade to ie7 that can fix some stability issues with windows explorer

I don't use Internet Explorer, I meant the thing where you can look at files etc. Hotkey Windows+E. Maybe it's the wrong name in english though. *Stick Out Tongue
