Windows 10: Windows Explorer freezes and crashes when right-clicking specifically on files with .mkv...

Windows Explorer freezes and crashes when right-clicking specifically on files with .mkv extension.My PC has the following specs:Ryzen 2600x, GTX 960 4GB, 24GB DDR4, SSD 500gb with Windows 10 Pro, 2x 8tb HDD in RAID 1I built the system from spare parts as a home media server, running almost 24/7, which may or may not be the cause of some system corruptionI have searched these forums for solutions. I've tried the followingI've disabled third party context menu extensions with ShellExView: https://imgur.com/a/KeKx35P... no fixThen I tried the following commands:- sfc /scannow- DISM /Onlin

It's a WIN 7 glitch, Registry problem. Could be caused by a lot of apps, especially AV/AS.

edit: haha, i just noticed that the snipping tool is completely gone from my system, it was there the other day, now its gone and its backup in winsxs wont run....god i hate windows. heck with it, i'm formatting

Please see my You Tube Demo video - when I right click on a file within File Explorer on Windows 10 it crashes; here is a video demo of the crash - as you can see the Bar down the bottom is disappearing

Please can anyone suggest a fix.
