Windows 10: Windows Explorer freezing, leading to lags in shutdown and start up and other problems

I have Windows 11 Pro, and it's up to date as of today. About 2 weeks ago I can't track whether it started with an update, but it's possible Windows explorer started to freeze. It takes using the computer for several hours for this to happen.A while after explorer freezes, the menu bar goes away, and then other programs start to freeze. When I restart, it takes forever I mean 20 minutes to restart. I have tried all sorts of troubleshooting, checking disks, trimming down start up apps to the bare minimum, none of it works.I also tried doing a reset of my windows install, and it didn't work

• Type Troubleshooting in the search bar beside the Windows icon.
• Select Troubleshooting from the results.
• Under System and Security, select Fix Problems with Windows Update.

Windows 10 Home freezes

Yes it is connect cause i use that device as principal audio
If i disconnect it, the device disappear from the list and i can't uninstall it
I remember that when i was testing the PC with OCCT i had high temperatures on CPU package (TSI) : max 105.75 °C

Ok i did this 2 times
- first time: it freezed
- second time: hasn't freezed yet

Before the full shutdown i had 2 freezes
At the start the icons are white and take time to load

EDIT: The PC freezed after the second full shutdown, and happen also with the Focusrite Scarlett 2i4 (1st gen) unplugged.

 

Windows Explorer Replacement?

are you running IE7? if not that wouold be my first suggestion,upgrade to ie7 that can fix some stability issues with windows explorer
