Windows 10: Windows Explorer in Windows 11 Stops suddenly!

Windows Explorer in Windows 11 Stops suddenly for unknown reason! and I have to force restart the laptop!Wi-Fi is disconnecting repetitively!Why we can't double-click on Wi-Fi or Bluetooth icons to access to settings directly?!Windows 10 was stable and had no issues, why can't we downgrade to it? and why it's compulsory to upgrade to Windows 11??!!

are you running IE7? if not that wouold be my first suggestion,upgrade to ie7 that can fix some stability issues with windows explorer
